Author Guidelines

Authors can submit their article for consideration in Biomedical and Therapeutics Letters. The authors should follow guidelines provided on the link Author Guidelines for Biomedical and Therapeutics Letters (link opens in new window) for preparation of their manuscript in journal format (in template) and submit their article manuscript at Biomedical and Therapeutics Letters using 'submission' link.

Submission Preparation Checklist

All submissions must meet the following requirements.

  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
  • The manuscript is in journal article template format OR The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The submission file (main article text file) is in Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
