The peer review process is essentially followed by all journals published by ScienceIn towards advancement of well evaluated science & research contents. The editors consider Reviewers feedback and recommendations towards their informed decisions on the submissions. Peer reviewers play a role in ensuring the integrity of the scholarly record.
The reviewers should maintain confidentiality throughout the reviewing process and should not disclose their identity (for single/double reviews). The reviewers should not include any derogatory remarks in review comments for authors. While performing the review of assigned submissions, the reviewers should essentially follow the ethical guidelines provided by the COPE .
Conflict of Interest
In case there is any possible ‘conflict of interest’ in the work under review, then it should be immediately brought to the notice of editors.
